CCN Archive / Carcer City / 2003

The tape did not save the city. It made denial more expensive.

CCN's defining reports began with James Earl Cash's supposed execution, followed the evidence to Lionel Starkweather's Wapona Hills estate, and ended with the Valiant operation exposed and Police Chief Gary Schaffer tied to the machinery around it. The original Journalist remains on the tape. The current desk inherits her standard, not her face.
